Is my approach for you?

1

Family and infant led

There is no one size fits all when it comes to sleep. Every infant, parent, family, situation, challenge, and motivation is different, and my support takes all of this into consideration.

You know your little one better than anyone, including me! I am here to inform, advise, support and coach. I will never to tell you what to do.

More often than not, families actually know what is the best way to approach their little ones’ sleep, they just need me to clear the confusion and doubt, and give them the confidence to make changes they feel comfortable with.

2

Small steps

Working on your little one’s sleep, can be daunting and overwhelming, but it doesn’t need to be.

When working with families, I break down the end goals into smaller goals and work on things a few days at a time.

We’ll spend a good few days laying foundations before even making any changes to the way your little one falls asleep, or how you deal with them during the night. This makes things much easier down the line.

I’m here to guide you each step of the way and you’ll never feel rushed or pressured when working with me.

3

Judgement free

As well as a sleep coach, I’m also a parent, so I know how hard it is! I’ve got into all the “bad habits” (although there are really no bad habits!) you can think of. And I still do, even now I’m advising others.

I encourage families I work with to be open and honest during our time together. There is absolutely nothing you can do which will cause me to pass judgement. Even if you’ve gone completely off plan, that’s fine! I’ll help you get back on track.

Being a parent is hard, and so can be working on sleep. I’m here to support you and to build you up, never judge.

Don’t just take my word for it…
